Modbus RTU Master is a Modbus master simulator designed primarily to help developers of Modbus slave devices or others that want to test and simulate the Modbus protocol.

Modbus RTU Master supports the following functions:
Note: A USB-to-Serial converter is required to connect the Modbus RTU Slave device.
- Function 1 - Read Coils
- Function 2 - Read Discrete Inputs
- Function 3 - Read Holding Registers
- Function 4 - Read Input Registers
- Each Modbus request is fully configurable
- Register display supports 16, 32 and 64 bits (1, 2 or 4 Modbus registers)
- Reading can be executed once or repeatedly via a configurable scan time
- Each Modbus request can be saved to a file
- Decimal (signed)
- Unsigned
- Float 32 (IEEE format)
- Hexadecimal
- Octal
- Binary
- ASCII
